Problem: At Safety First Hospital staff can be exposed to bloodborne pathogens through bodily fluid and blood. The knowledge from this course will reduce the spread of infection to our nurses. In the last year, our nursing staff has been exposed 2% more than in previous years.
Solution: This course was designed to train new nursing staff on the proper way to prevent, identify and control an exposure to a bloodborne pathogen and to increase compliance by 20%.
Highlights: This training includes a realistic scenario, engaging lessons such as an accordion interaction with click to reveal details, knowledge checks, and a quiz.
Process: The development of this training began with a systematic approach. First, a needs analysis would have been conducted with Safety First Hospital SMEs to determine learning goals and the best mode in which to deliver the training. In the design phase, a comprehensive storyboard and design document were crafted to outline the structure and interactions of the training. During the development phase the interactions were implemented through Articulate Storyline and began to come to life. Upon completion of this training for Safety First Hospital, it would have been published and implemented, adhering to any hospital guidelines or compliance frameworks such as SCORM.
Audience: Garden Center Instructors that have 2+ years of work experience.
Problem: Currently, the Garden Center does not offer garden programs for our customers. This training will educate our instructors on the content and objectives we want our customers to learn by the conclusion of the class, in addition to helping our customers find the products they need to be successful with their garden this season and for many seasons to come.
Solution: The Garden Center Instructor Training will equip instructors with the skills to provide customers with a program that will guide them on how to start a vegetable garden from seed and direct them to the materials needed to successfully maintain their garden. Resulting in an increase of product sales by 10%.

In the design phase, a detailed content map was crafted to outline the structure and interactions of the training. This training began to truly take shape during the development phase when the interactions were implemented through Articulate Rise. Upon completion of this training for Agape Garden Center, this training would have been published and implemented, adhering to any company guidelines or compliance frameworks such as SCORM.
